Returns and Refund Eligibility

We accept return or refund requests for items that arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item, size, color, or design sent compared to the original order)

Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizes ordered by the customer, or personal preference.

Reporting an Issue

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the problem

  • Clear photographs showing the issue

Replacements and Refunds

Once we review your request, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Approved replacements will be provided at no additional cost.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping

If we require an eligible item to be returned, Branchhead Outdoors will provide return instructions and cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Please do not mail merchandise back without contacting us first.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes selected by the customer

  • Changes of mind

  • Personal preference regarding color, style, or fit

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Items damaged through improper use or care

This policy does not limit any rights customers may have under applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.

Because some products enter production shortly after purchase, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once processing or production has begun.
