Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $100 or more.

Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will have applicable shipping charges displayed at checkout.

Shipping costs for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout.

Order Processing and Delivery

Made-to-Order Apparel

Some Branchhead Outdoors apparel is printed specifically for your order through our production partners. These items generally arrive within 5–10 business days, although production and delivery times may vary.

In-Stock Merchandise

Items shipped directly from Branchhead Outdoors, including select caps and accessories, are generally processed within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping typically takes an additional 3–5 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing both made-to-order and in-stock merchandise may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

Order Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Delays

Weather conditions, holidays, carrier delays, and production demand may affect shipping times.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
